Use
STEP 1 : Apply the Toning Shampoo directly to the brush or scalp and gently massage the brush in circular motions creating a lather. Then rinse.
STEP 2 : Spray the Hair Loss Lotion daily on the roots of fresh or dry hair (8-10 times on each side) and gently massage with or without the brush.
